BISMARCK, N.D. (AP) - A Bismarck constitution senator says North
Dakota’s agreement expensive gift on nonprofit robustness insurance
companies should be abolished.
Democrat Tracy Potter is drafting the jot in compensation the
Legislature’s interim Industry, Business and Labor Committee. He
